Customer Satisfaction: Why I Left AskNow & Sylvia Brown's SpiritNow

As a Master Psychic, I have a strong feeling regarding customer satisfaction.  I've heard horror stories about Psychic Scams over the years...  When I first started practicing professionally, I was not permitted to set my own rates.  The manager where I worked handled everything.  While it was nice not having to worry about the specifics; advertising, appointment setting, sending promotional minutes, etc., I felt something was wrong.

A few years into my working with other sites, I began receiving paid calls from callers just thanking me for helping them.  The fact that anyone would spend a per minute rate just to tell me thank you, was flooring to me.  That's when I realized that something might be amiss with the Psychic businesses that I was contracted through.

I'd receive calls from my clients requesting free minutes.  Upon asking my former manager to send the callers minutes, I discovered they would not send free minutes unless the caller had at least a 22 minute per call average length.  To me, that was wrong - callers cannot always afford longer calls. 
This is why I love Keen: I am allowed to offer free minutes to valued callers, even if I have never spoken with them before.  After all, isn't that what Psychic Gifts are all about?  Helping others...
