Meditation is so easy to do, and such a very important way of finding inner peace. Meditation has many forms, anything that you find restful and relatively mindless-a walk through a park, washing dishes, brushing your hair, all can be times to clear your mind. Once you clear your mind, you're meditating, whether you realize it or not!
