April looks to be a month of great intensity, with lots of highs mixed with no shortage of challenges!
Right at the start of the month, a flurry of activity will immediately overtake the universe and send a cascade of cosmic energies your way!
April 1 sees lucky Jupiter square off against the Sun, bringing enthusiasm, optimism, and confidence.
The Sun and Uranus pop up on April 2 with lots of surprises, while the following day,
April 3, sees the Sun and Pluto form a square, requiring you to accept certain changes to your life -- whether you're ready or not.
The action slows down briefly on April 5 as Venus drifts into Pisces: Kind intentions will reign, and romance will take on a dreamy, seductive quality. However, Mars ramps things up again on April 8, when it shifts into a touchy opposition with the Sun.
Some tensions will get aired out and cleared away ... but you'll still want to watch out for accident-prone tendencies.
Mercury then takes the cosmic action to a whole new level as it first aligns with Jupiter and Uranus on April 14, then Pluto on April 15, and finally Mars on April 16. Prepare yourself for three days of intense conversation, brilliant inspirations, a hint of obstinacy, and a tendency for arguments to flare up before dissipating.
April 15 also features a lunar eclipse in Libra. This especially powerful full Moon will not only bestow heightened awareness, but also a sense of anticipation. The importance of striking a balance between opposing needs and desires will be more pressing than ever.
Yet another bout of activity flashes by between April 20-23 as Jupiter aspects Uranus and Pluto, Uranus squares Pluto, and Mars comes along at the end to align itself with all three. Get ready for a few days of wild excitement, too many people pushing too hard to get their way, upheavals to your way of life ... and then, even more fireworks once Mars joins the fray!
At the same time, Taurus begins exerting its influence, as first the Sun and then Mercury shift into this bullish sign on April 20 and 23, respectively. With any luck, Taurus' stubborn, grounding energies may help stabilize some of the intensity from all the other transits occurring at the same time.
The month's calendar of cosmic events will finally come to an end on April 29 with a solar eclipse in Taurus.
