I will start off with apologizing as I can no longer accept clients new to keen only using their free minutes provided by the promotion Keen offers.
I'm unable to do this as it takes me far longer than three minutes to answer love and life questions and I need to connect with you first. I do not ramble off answers at lightening speed. I work very hard to be accurate and I try my best to answer all your questions as quickly as possible. However, that being said, I cannot answer 16 questions in 3 minutes, and subject myself to scathing ratings and comments when I am unable to squeeze in every answer in your free time. I also don't appreciate those who are taking advantage of Keen's kindness in offering said minutes who create numerous accounts in order to receive those minutes, ask for more from the advisor, and then bash us all in their rating and request refunds. In essence, it's stealing from the site and the advisor. And it's really unfair to do.
Keen offers a platform where you are able to seek insight and guidance from some very wonderful Advisors, and it's not always what you wish to hear, nor is it done in mere seconds. If you want accuracy in those answers please be aware that we need to establish a connection, so greeting your advisor would be nice, and lay out specific questions you want answers to. Also, if you're emailing us after a session, understand you are not being ignored, we are probably with another client. Wait a certain amount of time before you accuse us of not answering you, or ignoring you.
I've been bashed by these people for the last time. And due to this, I will not be reading for any clients who have not established an account with Keen. I refuse, and it's really sad because there are a great many clients who have come to keen with those minutes who have become long standing clients and have been able to get true insight and answers to their concerns because they respected the policy of Keen, and also the advisors time.
I will also make it clear that should you come to me using different ID's and free minutes over and over, I will be reporting you to Fair Play as this is not a policy Keen supports.
