The Sun enters the sign of Libra, on Sunday Sept 22nd which is known as the autumnal equinox  All over the world, the sun will be above the horizon and below the horizon for equal amounts of time (or day and night are of equal amounts of time today).

The week starts off with the Moon in placid, calm fixed sign Taurus.  Combined with the Sun in Libra, both luminaries ruled by Venus show that this is an excellent day to relax and enjoy good times with family.  This is not the time to act but the time to wait.  Shopping, creating artwork, or just lazing around.  Enjoy time with loved ones playing games, fine dining, or creating/cooking something together.  Be careful to avoid over-indulging in too much of a good thing today.

Information and communication become more prominent on Tuesday and Wednesday.  This is a good day for looking for answers and following anything that you are curious about.   A good time to spend learning something new or teaching others.  New events or information will be spread around as people discuss their opinions. Misinformation and scandals may be spread which could lead to some shocking developments.

There may be some improvements in finance, art, enjoyment and creativity today.  A good time to handle debts and joint financial issues while being careful not to be too optimistic or expansive with any investments.   A new creative venture may take off under this aspect.  This is a good time to show love or appreciation for loved ones.  People may be feeling a bit lazy today and indulgent.  Not the best time to get serious work done but an excellent day to have a party or get-together.  This is also a good time to meet new people and smooth over relationships that may not have been going well.

Things heat up by the end of the week and into the weekend as Venus squares off with Mars.   People will be very passionate in all areas of life which could lead to some emotional outbursts or conflicts.  Also, financial dealings may become stressful now as well.  Things may also get intense in relationships of all kinds.  This could lead to arguments and possible break-ups if unaware of this energy.  This is not a good time to confront difficult issues with partners or loved ones in general.  Best to wait until later to deal with sensitive financial or emotional issues.  Use this energy in positive ways and blow off some steam with physical activities or exercise.  Artistic and creative endeavors may get a lot accomplished during this time.

Mercury at a critical degree today may mean that some new development in the news, or new information may cause things to become stirred up.  Expect debates and social media to flare-up with the various commentaries to current events.
