My thoughts for the night: When we find ourselves using the word, "but" a lot, what we are actually saying in that moment is, "I know what I should be doing [insert action] but I don't want to do it!" Then we find ourselves worrying about our but(s) we have put out there to the universe, "Oh god please help me not worry so much. God Please help me get through this, please make it happen sooner, please, please, please!"
There comes a time when we simply have to stop worrying and live our lives. If you aren't living your life, you'll continue to worry and not take action. And, even then, sometimes there isn't much you can do about what your worrying about in the moment anyways. We are meant to live life to the fullest, not worry about things that will eventually happen or change into something else completely, while we're actually living.
Kindest Regards,
