We can still get a sense of who and what the baby will be about as a person. This is no way meant to be a complete personality composite, but we can look at bits and pieces. Since he or she will be born in July, this royal person will be a Cancer The Guardian newspaper had calculated mid-July, Prince William looks really happy the week of the 14th. Mercury in Cancer makes this individual an emotional thinker, and will give him (I will use him in a general sense meaning him OR her) the ability to communicate with others on an emotional level as well. This person could stir up the masses.

Mars enters Cancer on July 14, so assuming the baby is born on or after this date he will have a Mars in Cancer, making him a Cancer through and through. Mars denotes our action, and this baby will have not only the Cancer sun sign, but the actions of a Cancer as well. Mars in the first house can denote a strong personality. This individual will be devoted to home and family and very dominant there.
Jupiter enters Cancer in June 22, and around the middle of June Jupiter is at 5 degrees of Cancer, potentially giving the baby a Mars-Jupiter conjunction. Mars and Jupiter together denote royalty and are very dynamic together.
Saturn is at about 5 degrees of Scorpio, falling in the 5th house.
