The bluejays chatter, arguing with each other over a piece of dropped bun. In the apple tree behind the deck, 2 yellow warblers are singing a song to the early morning. I have not yet started my notes as although as ecstatic about the new day as the birdsong, the words have not come. Then as I sit, watching nature flow around me, my three dogs, stair steps in size, run to see the truck coming to a stop in front of my house. They run , to jump on the loveseat , then into the window seat behind. Sugar all of 7 pounds, 6 inches high, was having trouble struggling to get up on the couch, when Cherokee, husky, used her nose to push Sugar on the couch. How often we see the innocent children, the naivete’ of our beloved animals to show us how easy it is to give to others. A simple push to reach our goals, when he/she doesn’t seem to make it as easy as we do to reach the dream. Our children, our animals often show us that we as adults, so intent on reaching the goal, we forget to help, to give a spiritual push to the others around us to get up in the window seat to see. We see it , why can’t he/she see it. So as we give a helping hand, without a word, let spirit move, we can start once again to hear the birds sing.
Animal totems: bluejays: Three times yesterday, I saw blue jays fighting beside me. Wow, I thought right away of what message these birds are giving me. Blue jays are very aggressive, gossipy, talkative, pushy. Blue jay has personal power. Bro jay reminds us to use our power properly, it is okay to be aggressive but remember not to be hurtful. Even in telling negative heartaches , be kind, gentle.
I am not sending exactly what I’ve been sending today, as this is a busy day for me. I’ve been having trouble formatting a couple of the books I offered here soon to be on K. for $5. I am usually off on Monday and will be today as well to get these done, as well as drive my dad to VA for his checkup. I will be on tonight as usual. Looking forward to sharing with each of you without the bullying of blue jay, but the aggressive help of his power.
