This time it happened. This person called me five times before and left no feedback. On this sixth call, I should have hung up because I felt a knot in my stomach as the client was asking the question. I got the message loud and clear... "this is going to be bad". But in my effort to help, and to try to get through the negativity, I stayed on the phone and got what they wanted to transfer. Now I not only have a messed up listing, I am having technical difficulties with Keen. My calls are coming through, but I am not hearing anything. Even on the second ring there is no voice prompt, and the client hangs up, I lose points, and calls.
