PSYCHIC ATTACK

Dear loyal friends, I am writing to ask for your prayers. Last night I had a client leave me negative feedback. I have no problem with negative feedback because I believe it is a client's prerogative. However, I DO have a problem with the negative ENERGY that they leave behind. Negative feedback messes up a listing for weeks. No problem. It is all part of the work... the down side from an off-day. But when a client calls, WITH an attitude, and there is no way to get through to them, and they leave that energy behind, it takes longer to clear up the energy.

This time it happened. This person called me five times before and left no feedback. On this sixth call, I should have hung up because I felt a knot in my stomach as the client was asking the question. I got the message loud and clear... "this is going to be bad". But in my effort to help, and to try to get through the negativity, I stayed on the phone and got what they wanted to transfer. Now I not only have a messed up listing, I am having technical difficulties with Keen. My calls are coming through, but I am not hearing anything. Even on the second ring there is no voice prompt, and the client hangs up, I lose points, and calls.

This is not just my calling, it is also my livelihood. Please HELP! Words have power and I need positive words. THANK YOU for your support.
