Recoving from a Long term Relationship

It's also known as grieving....youneed time to mourn the relationship. You go through various phases...disbelief. shock anger and sadness. Try not to let it consume you..these as all common phases to let you know that you are in touch with your feelings and to let you know that you are healthy...its good to have someone to talk to and get you through the rough patches of these phases...
The key element is to stay busy..go for a walk or read book or take up a new hobby, such as ballroom dancing so you can stay social. Going to a singles club or a suppport group can be very beneficial..whatever happens you can find your end in the break up but DO NOT completely blame yourself...it takes two to tango.

When you feel comforable and ready to date again..write down a list of what you you are looking for in a mate...or partner..it's okay to be picky...see how you match up..get as close as you can..make allowances and be flexible...you never know..you might surprise yourself..When I found true love..I felt something hit my heart..it was cupid's arrow out of the blue and I KNEW. I saw it in his eyes and his words said it all. What did I do? I fainted...LOL!!!!! Silly me...
