Most if not all psychics face the issue of unpleasant information (such as job loss, cheating spouses, etc) being given by spirit to be passed on to our sitters. It is a big temptation to simply tell them that things are fine, there is nothing going on, you're not losing your job!
However, as tempting as it is to "sugar-coat" a reading in this manner, we're doing our sitters a huge disservice by not giving them the information they came to us for. No one wants to hear their job is ending, or that their husband or wife is cheating on them, or that one of their children may be in trouble. However, everyone deserves to hear the truth, and it is our job to give it in the most positive light possible. To be honest I hate hearing from Spirit that a sitter is going to go through a very challenging time. Then again, a big part of our job is encouragement! There are indeed "silver linings" in every dark cloud.
Being unemployed is scary because our bills do not stop when the money does but it also gives us time to restructure our lives if we need to. It also gives us an opportunity to practice faith in God, Spirit, Providence, whatever we call our Source .... faith in knowing that whatever happens in our lives we are still provided for as long as we ALLOW and GIVE PERMISSION for the Universal Life Source Energy to provide us with all we need to prosper and grow. So many of us continue working at a company or position that we hate because of that weekly paycheck -- often at the expense of our health, well-being, and families.
Often, becoming unemployed is Spirit's way of literally forcing us to get out of a detrimental situation so we can move on to something else which makes us happier. Spirit does not spring this information at the last minute -- it gives us plenty of time to prepare before the event takes place. As human beings, we tend to ignore the warning signs lovingly given to us till the "eleventh hour," thus putting ourselves in a bind. When we begin to experience that feeling in our gut (the solar plexus chakra) that something is "not quite right" then it is a good idea to begin paying special attention to dreams, to how our colleagues at the job are acting, how our bosses are acting. By giving ourselves time to plan and implement the necessary changes before the transition occurs the process goes alot smoother for us.
Spirit always gives us enough time to make wonderful changes in our lives, so I encourage you to allow the changes to happen. You will be much happier as a result!
