Writing a life story, or two!

It is kind of fun to try this exercise, when you have time, that is. Write your life story with all the sad and bad things highlighted... such as, well, let's see....
I grew up in a large family and was largely ignored and just had to go along with everyone else. I had to fight to keep my dessert from being stolen from my place at the table.
I was forced to give my boots or bicycle to others just because they wanted them.

I was preyed upon by... okay you get the picture.
Then you write your positive winning story.
I grew up with a loving large family, learning how to stick up for myself was one of the best things. Having fun , making up games , as we had little extra money .
My ability to work hard began at age 15 when I got my first job. I also enjoyed winning prizes for any contest I could enter with sports and with art.
Animals and people were always around the house, we never were lonely. This was a wonderful time in my life. After marrying and having 5 children spread out over 4 decades, I finally brought it all full circle and  now can shine my light .....

I think you can see the difference. The KEY to this exercise is to remember that everyone has bad things happen to them, and good things.
We can shine our winning self outward to others in our work day to be a success, a winner.
If we broadcast our whining self, then we will attract more whiners.
It is true.
So winner or whiner?
You write the story, re read it and add lots of the good stuff.
Send them to me or write me them on here on the comments.
I LOVE to encourage and would have loved being an athletic coach as I can see things so quickly what needs to change in sport technique.
I can " SEE" that in readings in your life, give me a try!
