TODAY'S TIP: TO GROUND YOURSELF RUN A SPOON ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR FEET, IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE A REAL STERLING SILVER SPOON A CHEAP SPOON IS BEST (BUT SILVER NOT PLASTIC), IT GETS YOUR LOWER CHAKRAS GOING AGAIN. MANY SPIRITUAL PPL ARE LACKING IN THE LOWER CHAKRAS AND ARE ALL ADVANCED IN THE HIGHER ONES. VERY SIMPLE BUT IT WORKS, HUGS, SARA

Real change is seldom a giant step. It’s usually a small one. Small but deeply real. We hold the fear and the faith at the same time and we cross the bridge slowly. When we get to the other side, we have been transformed- not by the step itself- but by the willingness to stay open during the crossing. That’s what changes us- creating a space inside for a new way of being to emerge.

A sense of who you are will not unfold if you go to sleep, lazily waiting for life to come to you. Never confuse conscious effortlessness with unconscious laziness. There will be angels and helpers, but they cannot do the work for you. They just remind you of what you already know. The rest is up to you. Finding your way home requires a spirit of adventure. It does not mean that you always have to do. It means that whatever you are doing, or not doing, is experienced as a spiritual inquiry, an information gathering, an active exploration of reality. Sitting still can be a profound adventure if you are present and inquisitive. Pierce the smokescreen of fearful indifference. Adventure heartily. Have faith in the shaping of what you cannot see. It sees you. MAKE SURE TO ASK, THE ANGELS ARE THERE BUT WE FORGET TO ASK ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE!

I cannot help but marvel at the human capacity to overcome tremendous suffering and find a way to go on. It would be one thing if we released all our holdings right after the trauma, but that we continue to carry them and still find the faith to believe in a better tomorrow is simply heroic. I think of the shadow material that takes up space inside many of us-repressed emotions, unsaid words, armored musculature, collective trauma- and then marvel at our capacity to weave optimism, faith and determination into the heart of it. Minefields and goldmines sitting side by side in the inner valley. Let's stop looking for our heroes 'out there'. They really are staring at us in the mirror.  THAT IS  YOU, ALL OF MY HEROIC CUSTOMERS I SPEAK TO EVERY DAY WHO INSPIRE ME! YOU ARE ALL HEROES!  KEEP UP THE POSITIVITY

In a mad dash to react away from the perils of anger, we went too far and lost a key piece of the emotional integrity and expression cycle. This is particularly true in the spiritual community, where peacefulness has been characterized as a symbol of awakening, even if it is inauthentic and a bypass of the unresolved anger still brewing below the surface (‘The calmness bypass’). It’s important to remember that anger is a legitimate emotion that signals that a person has been violated. It is also a necessary emotion if we are going to do the work of sacred activism and challenge existing paradigms that cause suffering. Calm alone will not make the world a better place at this stage. By discouraging and shaming anger, we actually disrupt natural emotional rhythms and encourage inauthentic ways of being. In addition, repressing the emotions simply keeps the anger alive. The negativity goes underground, manifesting in a myriad of destructive forms, including passive aggressiveness, self-destructive behavior and all manner of disease. It is one thing to discourage the inappropriate expression of anger, but let us not throw the whole process out with the bath water. There is a place for healthy anger in an evolving world.  I LOVE THIS QUOTE, ITS OKAY TO BE UPSET, BE A WARRIOR, DON'T JUDGE YOURSELF JUST BE YOURSELF!!!!! IF YOU ARE MAD, OWN IT AND MOVE ON!
