Bread (cut into triangles, wheat or white is fine)
1 Avocado
1/2 cup Mayo
Salt/Pepper to Taste
**Bacon and Cheese slices optional!
Mash avocado til smooth with few lumps in bowl. Add mayo and stir til completely blended. Add salt and pepper to taste, slowly. Spread over bread slices(you might want to toast the bread right after you make the avocado mixture, then spread on) and press together. Enjoy!

1 Roasted Bell Pepper(mashed)
2 Cloves Garlic(Roasted)

1 Cup Shredded Chicken, Tuna or Pork
Combine above ingredients til well incorporated, adding salt and pepper to taste slowly. Spread of bread slices, press together and enjoy!
As always, get creative. Add lettuce, spinach, tomato, sliced onion, etc to your sandwiches. Substitute salad dressings for mayo, or try using cream cheese. Always "play" with your food! ;)
