June 7th,Venus, Saturn, and Neptune are in harmony creating what's called a Grand Trine in astrology. This basically means harmonious energy working with the energies of the three planets for a few days involving Venus, the planetary ruler of love, money and all beautiful things, Saturn, the planet of structure, work and stability, and Neptune, the planet ruling psychics, cinema, visions and dreams, creativity and spirituality, illusion, delusion and confusion. Basically, a beautiful mix especially for water signs and those who have a personal planet in water this is aspecting. Venus-Saturn is stable and often business opportunities come on a transit like this or it can relate to some element or person from the past. Venus-Neptune can be romantic, beautiful and inspirational, or the picture can be see through rose colored glasses.
Now enter Mercury in Cancer, the most emotional of signs, opposing Pluto in Capricorn, the planet ruling bullies, agendas, power and corruption and the transit par excellence of obsessions, arguments, and as I always tell clients, 'finding something out.' Some people turn into detectives, others promote a cause-aggressively,and others go into an emotional spin that becomes hard to get out of for the day.
Next, Mars squares Neptune on June 8, in Gemini and Pisces creating confusion and delusion in terms of communication and ideas, tired, discouraged energies and fogging our ability to actually see things clearly. Creativity can still flourish and in evolved individuals this could create a spiritual connection of some type or help to those less fortunate.
The new moon also occurs on June 8, at 18 degrees of Gemini, at 11:56 a.m. EST and Mercury moves a degree to square Uranus, the planet of rebellions, separations, explosions and explosive situations that crop up unexpectedly and out of the blue, creating a T-square, between the two planets Uranus and Pluto. A T-square involves both a square and an opposition, both harsh angles as opposed to a trine.
Gemini is the natural ruler of the third house of ideas, neighbors and immediate family members and has domain over the mind. But, with Mercury square Uranus, ideas will flow quickly and can change at the drop of a hat in any given direction. You can experience brilliance or chaos or a combination of both.
The Grand Trine will be finished June 8, 8:46 a.m. PDT, on the day of the New Moon and Mercury will be in a T-square with Uranus and Pluto. This T-square will 'set off,' the Uranus-Pluto square that dominates the sky now, so expect to see big events occurring in the world, and big events and changes if it is aspecting your personal natal chart.
My advice is to try and go with the harmony of the grand trine in your personal life as much as possible and keep matters on a calm positive level as much as you can. But the nature of an opposition (Mercury-Pluto) is to experience problems from another individual, and the square between Mars and Neptune will create fog. Creativity, readings, spiritual pursuits are all positive manifestations that can be utilized.
On a world level I expect to see harsh weather conditions involving water, angry debates involving the media, perhaps mentions of Julian Assangue, founder of Wiki leaks, potential accidents, earth changes, unexpected news and events, scandals and volatility in the hot spots around the globe-all in all typical of the harshness of the Uranus-Pluto square http://www.keen.com/CommunityServer/UserBlogPosts/Leslie_Hale/2013-and-the-Uranus-Pluto-square/646090.aspx
