We have woken to the most AMAZING day here in the UK. The sun is shining, the wind is warm and it feels like spring has finally arrived. It has seemed an age since we have had this kind of weather and when it arrives, it has to be taken advantage of.![]()
Like many thing in life, I always take advantage of smallest of things that cheer me up. We live in a world where tension and anxiety run high, but, focusing on the smaller things in life that make us happy can change our outlook and make up smile through almost any bad day.
Today, when I woke up to a blue sky, I knew it would be a day to enjoy and make the most of.
