Hi, Everyone,
There has been a lot going on this past week, and a lot of people do not know whether they are coming or going. To begin with, Mercury, the planet of communication, stationed direct on February 28th, 2014. On March 2nd, Saturn, the planet of structure and limitations, stationed retrograde; as did Mars, the planet of action. This means the planets appear and act like they are moving backwards. On March 6, 2014, Jupiter, the planet of good fortune and expansion, stationed direct, which means it moves forward again and is back in sync.
I think it is great that Jupiter, which is my favorite planet, is now direct after having been retrograde since October 4, 2013. Jupiter is at 10 degrees of Cancer, which is a fertile water sign. Jupiter is exalted in Cancer, and therefore very fortunate in this sign. However, the irony is that a few days before the planet of expansion and abundance goes direct, Saturn, planet of limitations and structure, goes retrograde.
Therefore, while we are expanding, we are still being forced to reevaluate and reassess how we are taking action to build form to our goals and structure to our lives. Perhaps part of growth and abundance is in being forced to confront limits in our lives.
Mars, planet of action, is also retrograde through March 20th. With the two planets retrograde, this is definitely a time to review what you have been doing, especially since around Thanksgiving of last year, when Saturn was last at the degree where it is now stationing retrograde. Saturn does not turn direct until July 20, 2014, so this next four months is a time to review and reassess how you been going about building structure to your desires and for your security. This is a time to try a different approach if the actions you have been taking are not crystallizing your goals as much as you would like.
Mars in retrograde may seem like it is tough to manifest your actions. You might feel less energy, or maybe your anger is thwarted in the sign of Libra, where Mars feels very frustrated and uncomfortable. Take a time to review how you are partnering with others but do not do anything. The next few months is a good time for self reflection.
