AT THIS POINT OUR MINDS ARE NOW RUNNING A MILLION MILES PER HOUR, EMOTIONS EVERYWHERE AND OUR FEELINGS HURT.. WITH THES TYPE OF FEELINGS AND EVERYTHING GOING TROUGH OUR HEADS THIS SOMETIMES ALLOWS OUR MINDS TO BE COME VENERABLE ALLOWING AND LETTING THEM NEGATIVE THOUGHTS CREEP IN, WHICH WE KNOW IS'NT GOOD FOR US OR THE GREATEST FEELING, INFACT THESE THINGS CAN CAUSE GREAT EMOTIONAL PAIN AND NO ONE WANTS OR DESERVES TO BE IN PAIN OR HURT..

THIS IS WHEN IT'S TIME TO STOP!! AND STEP BACK, TELLING OUR SELVES TO TAKE A DEEP BREATH SLOW DOWN CLEAR YOUR MIND AND REMEMBER THIS IS OUR BODIES, MINDS AND EMOTIONS, WE'RE ALLOWING OUR SELVES TO FEEL ANY WAY THAT WE FEEL AT ANY MOMENT IN OUR LIVES.. WE CONTROL US... WE ARE WHO WE CREATE IN EVERY WAY, IN ALL AREAS OF OUR SELVES IN EACH OF OUR OWN UNIQUE LIVES..
