Good morning,
I thought I would share this information with my clients so that you can empower your daily life and also use as a tool for spiritual growth and to bring out more positive things in your life.
Positive thoughts- these are thought and ideas to help you move forward with in your day, give you something to meditate on and also find meaning in your own life.
Today Positive Thoughts: “You are everything you should be, and all that is enough. Be proud of who you are, and love who you will become.” – Lady Lalaigne to Nhakira, “Chosen”
― Jeanine Henning Nhakira
1. Upon awakening, meditate on the wonderful day that it will be. Believe this statement and you will be surprised at the changes it makes.
2. Smile, even if you do not feel like it. It will bring on a different mood and relieve the stressors during the day
3. Once you get home, take a shower and imagine the negativity that has attached itself to you as dirt and visualize it going down the drain as you shower. This helps you mentally be positive in the morning.
4. Repeat these steps daily and see the change that will come into your life.
Messages of the masters- these are quotas that I found to be a good powerful focus in our day, I often take a quota a day and find the message behind it. Most often people bring out powerful points that can benefit their lives.
Today’s Message: Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome.
Booker T. Washington
