Law of Attraction is about practice. So whenever you start to feel yucky and think,"Ehhhhh....why, God, why? I was feeling on top of the world earlier, and now I just thought about so and so, and I feel like crap...How can my mood change so fast? Will this ever end?"

You must distract yourself out of the negative thought. Now, obviously, if you smell dog doo and notice that your pooch just left you a present on the rug, you don't want to play the la la la game and pretend it's not there. But instead of getting mad about the accident, you can choose not to lower your vibration and distract yourself by cleaning up the mess.
Then you start saying affirmations such as,"My dog is learning that she must alert me when she needs to go to the bathroom. I do love my dog, I do love my house. I know that my dog and I can coexist harmoniously. We are understanding one another. She feels my love, she knows that I want her to do better next time".
Not only will your dog pick up on your vibration increasing but law of attraction will help to create more positive experiences in the future. Ok, so maybe that was a weird example, but the idea is very simple.
You must distract yourself playfully out of negative thoughts and emotion. You can clean up a "mess" or solve problems without being upset and going downhill. You can learn to stay on a positive stream of thought and emotion without taking huge dips downward. It's all about cultivating your vibration. When you continually distract yourself out of negative emotion and thoughts, your vibration becomes more and more stable and it becomes much easier to stay positive.
And the longer you stay positive(not fake optimistic where you pretend that everything is ok when it isn't!), when you know that no matter what happens all will work out swimmingly for you, and you keep your emotions and thoughts joyful, the more quickly and steadily you attract AMAZING experiences to you and AMAZING, WONDERFUL, LOVING people of every imaginable kind!
