Russia's president,Putin, discussed his country's laws regarding homosexuals. He tries to present a positive image by saying gays are welcome and the laws against them in Russia are merely to 'protect the children.'

Life can take on an explosive quality during this period as people struggle to achieve their goals. It seems as though other people and external events are deliberately plotting to thwart someone's every move. However, it may be that some individuals are going overboard in their attempts to get their own way. The trouble is that they want to make great changes in their lives, but lack the necessary tolerance and patience to get the timing right. Power and the abuse of power may become a focus now. It would be wise to muster as much restraint as is possible or you may simply go too far and lose the lot.
This is a difficult aspect which will show up as tensions and confrontations between powerful entities (governments, corporations, mafia, power companies) who are against a legal or court issue (Jupiter) or some form of belief/expansion. There may be power struggles between foreigners or over a judicial matter.
It is at this time (Jan 30th) when the Amanda Knox verdict will be handed down by the Italian Supreme Court.
Expect there to be differences of ideologies, religion or beliefs of some kind. There may be a breakdown of cooperation and communications as everyone will feel they are in the right. Some may try to force their opinions on others through underhanded and deceptive means.
Now is not a good time to get involved in these issues as things may get carried away. Nothing will we worked out at this time but much information and the intentions of opponents may be revealed. Objectively viewing the differences of opinions while coming to a conclusion at a later time is favored.
This is not a good time for initiating debates on religion or beliefs as things may get carried away. This aspect may show acts of terrorism and other fighting between or about differences in religions/cultures/ideologies.
