We are quite picky about what we eat, what we drive, what we wear, what this and that. So why aren't we picky about feeling good? It's only a choice away. AND Once we know what we want ~ Why beat the drum of the absence of it? We don't EVER have to talk about what we don't want. So why do we?
Momentum. We talk about it because of law of attraction ~ it brings us thoughts that we have active within us. To break that pattern ~ habit ~ one of the ways is to when we wake up in the morning find the best thoughts we can find. Keep them as long as we can. And don't beat ourselves up when we don't. The next day, do it again.
When we repeatedly *choose* which thoughts to think it becomes a habit, and when we predominately focus upon what we *do* want ~ without feeling the absence of it ~ it comes. Much love to you, I'm here for you, give me a call. :)
