I have to say this. I took a bad rating from a caller that claims I spent most of the time getting name. I can not help it if you call from a cell phone in a bad cell area and you are breaking up. He gave me a bad rating for a 2 minute call. I normally just let bad rating roll and feel bad for the person leaving it because I know that person got the truth and didn't like what was told. In this case I can not let it go. I do not waste anyone time. Times are hard and money is tight. You have questions that need answers. You don't need an adviser taking time to give you answers.
