Time wasters come in many and myriad forms. The run the full spectrum from the innocuous to the pernicious, and the well intentioned to the malevolent.
They also come in the form of friends, lovers, and even close relations.
But you can always know them by the fact that they show up at the most inopportune of times. For example if you are trying to complete a project, or start a new
chapter in your life, sometimes they will appear.
Some time wasters are easy to spot. while others take a more discerning eye to reveal. Many of these people are lost without direction in their lives. And they
hope to fulfill their unmet needs by living vicariously through you.
Existence is all about magnetic and electrical energy and attraction. When people come into you life for any reason it is has either a positive, negative, or neutral
outcome in association with your life's destiny path.
There are different ways that you can look at individuals that come into your life who take up precious time. You can see them as needing guidance themselves. Or you can
see them as wanting to equate the time they spend with you as the very thing that they are looking for to balance out their lives. You can view them as someone who just
needs a fine tuning to begin an association with their higher self that will lead them to greater understanding and/or efficiency in their lives. You can see them as a spiritual
challenge or test that asks you if you are ready for the next plateau of your spiritual destiny.
The successful approach in deciding how to handle the relationships in your life exists around time itself as well as balance. Every person makes a decision
as to what they choose to spend their time on and who with. You can help others by helping yourself to see these very important connections in your own life.
When you do this, you will help others to see the balance that you are suggesting between the two of you. This in turn will help them to re-evaluate the balances they have
in there own lives.
This approach is a gently guided one where you teach by example and you learn from experience. Thus much of the communicated lesson comes through an action
oriented approach. Verbal instruction is rarely as reliable in these situations as is a "seeing is believing" approach.
Close intimate relationships can be the most challenging when it comes to applying this principle. This is because you are very close to the situation while also being intimately
involved in it as well. When you take the long view though, the net results are very much similar.
This can be a very good time of year symbolically to begin to evaluate the relationships in your life to determine the flow of purpose and time that exists between yourself and others. It
becomes almost like a sort of resolution to draw these lines of distinction in your life.
When taking on this new found task in your life it can be easiest to start with the furthest connections and move inward to the epicenter of your core being
and feelings. This path will give you practice while also encouraging the strength of self that is needed to affect change on such a grand scale.
