How we manage traumatic circumstances can make the distinction between being confident compared to sensitive, and focused compared to anxious.When under pressure, the most essential thing to keep in your mind is to keep your awesome coolness. Here are some fast tips:
STEPS FOR ANGER MANAGEMENT
- If you experience upset and disappointed with someone, before you say something you might have to repent for later, relax and gradually count to ten.
- In most conditions, by the time you achieve ten, you would have realized there is a better way of interacting with the issue, so that you can decrease emotions, instead of increasing them.
- If you're still disappointed after trecking to the count of ten, take a moment out if possible, and review the issue after you have relaxed your self down.
- Think for a moment, in ten years will I even remember that this happened? If the answer is probably not. Realize that the issue is not that serious, and you can negotiate a way out.
HOW TO HANDLE FEAR

- Research shows that most of the time fear arises out of an hormonal in balance.
- As simple as it might seem. It would be a good idea to change your eating habits. Eat foods that are rich in magnesium.
- Exercise, move your body. The amount of motion you create within the body will help to dictate the emotions. As your vitality grows so will your confidence in your self, and fear will begin to disappear.
- Here is a great breathing technique that helps me. Sit down and relax, or you can be standing it does not matter. Breathe deeply three times, on the third breath say to your self as you breath in " I breath in trust", and with every exhale say "I exhale fear". This technique works quickly, and is long lasting. When you feel you need it again, go ahead and breathe.
- The best way to handle fear is to move through it. You can choose to not listen to that voice in your head named "fear". Thank fear for the warning, and then tell fear to go away, you can handle the situation. Do not let fear stop you, and never give up. Remember, you are the master of your ship, and not "fear".
IS INDECISION LINKED TO POSITIVE THINKING
A lack of positive thinking leads to negative thoughts. Negative thoughts leads to the inability to make rational decisions. If you unable to make decisions, here is the best way for you to figure out what should be done.- It is important to write things down. Your subconscious mind acts on your hand written word quickly.
- Fold your paper in half, and write what you hope to achieve in the life, and how it will make you feel.
- On the other side of the paper write down what you are receiving, and how it makes you feel.
- Compare your list. The side with the most pros is where you should place your concentration.
