I don't get this one at all. I took a call from a very nice and upset lady yesterday and the first thing out of her mouth was please don't hang up on me. This thought has never crossed my mind. I am here to help anyone that wants my help. You can be a new caller to me, upset or both. I am not going to hang up on anyone. I am here to help you.
I have many skills that I use. I am nice, warm, caring and have even been known to make people laugh. I am not one of those adviser or readers that gets all upset if you laugh.
I know calling a new reader/adviser can be kind of scary but I will say this most of the people that call me looking for the truth do call me back. I think that is saying something about my skill sets.
