I am new to Keen and I didn't know what this term meant until I experienced the customers who ring with the intention of doing precisely that. It is really a soul destroying experience, yet one has to understand the pain these people are in and hope that the Universe will smile on them soon and bring them to a happier place.
Whenever this happens to me I am reminded to reflect on this quote by Khalil Gibran -

Pain and foolishness lead to great bliss and complete knowledge, for Eternal Wisdom created nothing under the sun in vain.
