Here is a great herbal mix that you can either add to muffin/cake recipe (plain), mix with hot cider, steep on top of stove/fireplace (put herbs w/water for wonderful scent) these herbs assist with harmony within the home/work environment herbs: cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, orange peel/juice you could bake some great cakes to really turn those frowns upside down.
I enjoy steeping this on the stove makes the energy in my home very peaceful.I have also used this to make cupcakes for grumpy coworkers.
