Jupiter and Uranus have moved away from the tight square they were in the second half August. This square between the planet of expansion-Jupiter, and the planet of unexpected events-Uranus, has formed a T-square between Uranus, Pluto and Jupiter and produced a variety of situations in the world of a disruptive nature especially in the Middle East, and events are still unfolding as this post is written.President Obama said Western Powers are preparing to strike Syria's regime that is alleged to have killed over a thousand civilians with chemical weapons, and awaiting debate and approval in US Congress. Obama will try to persuade world leaders at the G-20 summit to support U.S.-led action in Syria — putting him at odds with the summit’s host, Russian President Vladimir Putin, a key ally of the Syrian regime who will press his case against strikes.
Syria's regime has used chemical weapons in the past as I first wrote about months ago, and I believe will use them again in the future, if not some other weapon of mass destruction.
The Uranus-Pluto-Jupiter T square will bring many changes to the world, and will re-occur again January 25-Febuary 3, and again April 2014. This is a cycle dealing with terrorist activities and war-mongering, and we have gotten a taste of what events will be/occur in the world during this cycle which will occur two more times before it is complete.
The April 2014 pass is a major planetary event that involves the three planets mentioned, along with Mars and Mercury and we will see major changes/upheaval in the world at this time, and if it is aspecting a cardinal planet in your chart between 11-16 degrees or so (cardinal planets are Cancer, Capricorn, Libra and Aries) major changes will occur in your life depending on where the configuration is placed in your chart.
The 13th degree is a critical one (a critical degree is more important, and when aspected tends to produce events quickly) in cardinal signs and it relates to a shift in the balance of power in the world according to astrologer Celeste Teal. Teal states this configuration links back to the January 2011 eclipse in Capricorn that was at 13 degrees.
Arab spring began in December 2010, just prior to this eclipse. Egypt erupted in violence again in August 2013 along with Syria, and we can deduce from this the April 2014 configuration will relate to events in the Middle East with little doubt.
There are several charts that can be used for Syria, and in either chart Syria will be involved in events at this time. Iran's chart is also heavily aspected and afflicted during this period, and in Israel's chart Saturn is opposing the Sun from the 7th house of 'open enemies,' so this chart is heavily afflicted as well.
The UK natal chart is heavily afflicted by the square in April 2014, as is Russia's chart.
In the United States chart April's T-square falls directly on the US Sun, which rules the President and the government, as well as Saturn, which concerns debts, karma, justice and the Democratic party. I believe the potential exists for war or terrorist activities on American soil and the financial markets may be affected as well during this period, and there will be political conflict.
With Mars opposing Uranus events will be explosive and unexpected to a degree. Uranus rules explosions, explosive devises and there is no doubt there will be violence in the world and America will be involved. Jupiter as part of the T-square involves foreigners. Events could take place on American soil abroad, or both.
In the US stock market chart, the April 15 lunar eclipse at 25 degrees of Aries falls on Saturn, which does not bode well and Saturn forms a T-square with Pluto and Mercury which is constricting.
In all likelihood, the April transit will not just be one event but a series of events in a volatile world, like we have seen every time the Uranus-Pluto square has been set off since 2011.
The Uranus-Pluto (and T-square with Jupiter) square is cyclical, and the closest period I can relate this to is spring-summer of 1931 when Jupiter in Cancer conjuncted Pluto in Cancer forming a T-square with Saturn and Uranus in Capricorn and Aries. That too, was a volatile time in the world.
The best thing I can say is eventually this tumultuous time we are in will end, as it always does. The world will have changed, hopefully in some positive ways. The final pass of the U-P square is January of 2016 at 16-15 degrees of Aries-Capricorn. We are half way there now.
The week of September 2, Jupiter squares Saturn at 14 degrees of Cancer/Libra in the US natal chart. This shows a conflict between the Democratic and Republican parties and is somewhat of a financially restrictive aspect.
September 10-11 look like pivotal and somewhat discouraging days in the chart of President Obama, and the week of September 9, Saturn conjuncts Neptune in President Obama's chart dealing with foreign entities (9th house) Saturn has conjuncted Neptune in the President's chart twice before and each time the US has seen mass shootings that include Sandy Hook school. I associate this transit in Scorpio with death or some very grim circumstances that could include money-finance as well.
September 9-11 also look like important days in the natal chart of Syria, as do 9-14 and 4-19. By September 28, Uranus squares the Sun in Syria's chart and many changes are imminent and unexpected, possibly with Bashar Assad as well. The second half of October the Uranus-Pluto square falls directly on Syria's natal Sun bringing major upheaval and change and by November 2013 Assad is at personal risk as Saturn conjuncts his Mars-Neptune, and if he survives this transit it will repeat itself summer of 2014 for a much longer period of time. I believe the dictators time in Syria will be drawing to an end, as always happens with dictators and mad men. And yes, I believe he is mad.
If the US attacks Syria, the public tide-opinion will turn against President Obama as Neptune squares his Moon, and if the US does not attack, the same situation will likely occur again, and public tide may turn against Obama anyway for the time being. Moon-Neptune transits in the Presidents chart indicate the mood-uneasiness of the people and possibly scandal. It is a tricky and complex situation the world is in, and a tight rope the US President must walk that could make or break his Presidency and determine how history will view it.

September's new moon falls at 13 degrees of Virgo September 5, at 7:36 am, EST. Virgo is the natural ruler of the 6th house of work, service and health, and rules work, and bank auditors to name a few. It is in good aspect to both Jupiter, the planet of expansion and Saturn, the planet of stability. This is a good time to start new projects relating for work, health regimes and new starts of all types. Don't wait, the time is now.
September 7, the Sun sextiles Jupiter and this is a positive transit and good for financial transactions. Mercury enters Libra September 9, changing Mercurial energy from critical Virgo (both critical thinking and critical in terms of negative communications, depending on the individual) to the more conciliatory Libra. Also on September 9, Mars squares Saturn and this is frustrated energy, sometimes prone to police or military action. Your energy may feel blocked.
Venus enters Scorpio September 11, where it is considered at its detriment, meaning it does not work as well. Good for water signs though, especially Scorpio. This places Venus in the 5th house of love affairs for Cancer for the next month.
September 14, Venus trines Neptune, a great day for a reading, creativity or romance and Mars trines Uranus indicative of positive action and moving forward in new directions.
Mercury opposes Uranus September 16, and this transit is indicative of accidents, changeability and unexpected news. You may feel restless.
Venus squares Saturn on September 18, and this transit is not positive for love or money and falls just prior to the full moon influencing the type of energy on this moon. Some things may come to an end.
September's full moon falls at 26 degrees of Pisces at 7:13 a.m. CST on September 19, and this is known as the Harvest Moon. Pisces is the natural ruler of the 12th house of things secret and hidden, hospitals and time spent alone. Pisces rules creativity, psychics, drugs and alcohol, movies and entertainment and water, especially sea water to name a few.
Mercury squares Jupiter indicative of a day things may get blown out of proportion.
September 20, Pluto goes stationary direct, and this is significant as it falls the day after the full moon. Things rule by Pluto may start to move forward again, desires/secrets will become known, power structures will become known in the world and we (and others) will be ready to act on our desires. For a demoted planet Pluto packs a punch, and plays a big role in events if it is transiting your chart, demoted or not! Pluto is the planet of transformation and regeneration, and when Pluto aspects your natal chart, situations will be forever changed one way or another.
Pluto will once again, be in mutual reception with Saturn, becoming exact September 14-31.
Since Pluto rules Scorpio and Saturn rules Capricorn, these two planets are occupying each another’s signs, and in ‘mutual reception’ as each planet is the dispositor of the other. A dispositor is a planet that rules the sign that another planet occupies. So, as Saturn in Scorpio is stimulated, it activates Pluto in Capricorn amping up bother energies, and the planets are considered friendly toward each other.
Scorpio is also ruled by Mars however, and this is a great deal of Mars (aggressive/warlike) energy. Situations may occur/take place in secret during this period.
September 22, the Sun enters Libra at 4:44 p.m. EST and fall officially begins!
September 26, Venus trines Jupiter and this is a positive transit for money, love or your social life.
September 28, Venus squares Mars and this energy could manifest as sexual energy or tension, or trouble between the sexes. Let things flow..
September 29, Mercury enters Scorpio and Mercurial energy changes once again, becoming more intense. Now is the time to get things in your life in order as Mercury will retrograde again October 21, at 16 degrees of Scorpio for three weeks. During this time you can expect delays and it is not considered a good time to start new projects.
