This is one of my favorite quick and easy recipes. I make it a couple times a week, its great for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients :
Eggs
Veggies of choice ( tomatoes, pepper, and mushrooms are great choices)
meat of choice( Ham, bacon, chicken, or vegetarian meats)
Cheese ( Cheddar, mozzarella, Colby jack)
Salt and pepper
Preheat your good over 350 degrees,
Spray a muffin tin with Pam and crack an egg into each cup. Add
veggies, meats, salt and pepper, and cheese on top and cook until egg
is cooked to your liking. Serve while warm and enjoy!
